When will my order arrive?

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center Los Angeles. However, items such as socks are shipped from directly from our headquarters in UT. 

Why am I receiving separate packages for one order?

As noted above, we have fulfillment centers in CA that process your order immediately after it is received. We have inventory on most items that are shipped (such as socks) right from headquarters, however some items may be fulfilled from our fulfillment center. You will receive a notification of exactly what item is processed and shipped to you with a tracking number. All orders are processed as soon as possible!

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.

There's a shirt I really like, but does it come in ______ color?

If you fall in love with a shirt but wish it was blue, or a tank top, or a sweatshirt, send us a message and we will let you know if we can accommodate you - free of charge!

What type of shirts do you use?

Our shirts are typically made by Next Level Apparel and American Apparel fitted shirts. Shirts such as racerback's typically fit *larger* than expected. It is safe to say that most of the time you can go a size smaller in the racerback. As for t-shirts and hoodies, they are fitted form so they are true to size. See charts below:

I don't like how my shirt fits, can I exchange/return it?

Absolutely. Nobody likes to buy something online only to realize it doesn't fit how we like. We want your experience with us to be just like you walked into a retail store and tried it on. If within 30 days of receiving your order and it does not fit how you like, send us an email and we'll get you taken care of! The item must be new, unworn and unwashed in order for exchange/return.
